Lovely location in central Rome, all was perfect. The unit we got was newly remodelled with great shower. The place had an elegant atmosphere.

My room was fashionable thanks to the flexible staff. The accommodation had a central location in historical centre. What's more, it was just off Spagna metro stop and the Spanish steps, Piazza di Spagna and a local coffee shop for the included breakfast.

Conveniently located near a cafe, but the staff there were inattentive and unfriendly, often making mistakes. 😕.

This hotel is in a prime location in a lovely neighborhood, the staff is extremely helpful, and the room we stayed in was stylish, modern, and had an excellent shower as advertised.

I appreciated this perfect place, stayed there for 4 nights. My room was reasonably large & newly furnished with a great shower. the atmosphere created was elegant. Marvellous and stunning position was an added bonus.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to all the popular monuments. Our room was recently renovated and had great amenities like tea/coffee making facilities, a flat-screen TV, and a study table.

The location was top-notch, right near Via di Ripetta. Plenty of cool bars and cozy tavernas 🍹 around here made it even better. My stay was fantastic, everything was awesome.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely amazing. It was right in the middle of a trendy shopping district and just a short walk from all the major tourist spots. The room itself was well-appointed and had everything I needed, including a comfortable memory foam bed and a spacious shower. The staff, especially Riccardo, were extremely helpful and made me feel welcome. this hotel provided great value for the price.

I had a wonderful stay at Piazza Di Spagna Comfort Rooms. The location was perfect, close to touristic landmarks and restaurants. My room was spacious and comfortable, providing a good size for two people. The staff, especially Ricardo, was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Despite the mention of some drawbacks in other reviews, like the lack of a reception and the difficulty in finding the place, I didn't experience any of these issues. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Rome.

Extremely noisy - old windows didn't block out street noise or noise from neighboring rooms. Inconsistent internet connection in the afternoon.
